New Online Ordering Retailer Portal

As part of our transition to the new company, our computer system is changing and we will no longer be using DSDLink as our online ordering platform.  This transition will happen on January 31, 2025 at 4pm.  So if you are writing an order for delivery on 2/3/2025, this order will have to be written before 4pm
on January 31, 2025.  There will be no orders accepted through DSDLink after 4pm on Friday January 31, 2025.

Existing customers will automatically be onboarded and recieve a welcome email on Tuesday 1/28/2025.

Warehouse Positions

The warehouse team must work together to process orders and have them ready to deliver in an efficient manner while maintaining a clean working environment. Order Selectors ensure all orders are picked, stacked, and ready for loading.

Sales & Merchandising Positions

The Capital Wine & Spirits Sales and Merchandising Team is responsible for every aspect of the sales process, on and off premise.

Delivery Driver Positions

Deliver products efficiently and accurately to all assigned accounts, collect payment, prepare account for product resale and pursue opportunities to further the sale of all Capital Beer & Beverage products.

We are always excited to look at new supplier partnership opportunities. You can start the process by sending us some info about your product to okc.onlineordering@capitalbeer.com.

My scheduled delivery day is not until next week. Can I pick up the product myself from the warehouse?

Yes, we generally offer a will-call option every week, Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call 405-521-1511 to schedule a pick-up.

I do not have an account; how do I get one set up?

Setting up an account is easy! All we need is some basic information and photos of your proper tax and ABLE permits. You can start the process here.
